1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service («Agreement») govern the relationship between the user («User») and the owner of Flowais.com («Owner») regarding the use of the service providing WhatsApp communication tools.

1.2. By registering on Flowais.com and/or using the service, the User confirms acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Privacy and Personal Data

2.1. By using Flowais.com, the User agrees to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data to fulfill the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. Personal data that may be processed: phone number, full name, email address, billing information.

2.3. The User agrees to receive service-related notifications and marketing communications. Marketing emails can be unsubscribed from at any time.

2.4. The User may withdraw consent for data processing by sending a notification. However, this may result in termination of access to the service.

2.5. The Owner will not share personal data with third parties without the User’s consent, except as required by law.

3. Liability

3.1. The User agrees to use Flowais.com only for lawful purposes, without violating the rights of third parties.

3.2. Flowais.com is not liable for:

  • Technical failures or interruptions in WhatsApp operation
  • Availability and correctness of WhatsApp integration
  • Data loss during service use
  • Possible blocks or restrictions related to WhatsApp usage

3.3. The Owner reserves the right to block access if the User violates this Agreement.

4. Agreement Term and Termination

4.1. This Agreement takes effect upon acceptance and remains in force until terminated.

4.2. The User may stop using the service at any time by deleting their account.

4.3. The Owner may unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the User violates its terms.

4.4. Refunds are possible before access to the service is provided. After that, funds are non-refundable.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If resolution is not possible, the dispute is subject to court jurisdiction at the Owner’s location.

5.2. By using Flowais.com, the User confirms agreement with all provisions of this Agreement.
